Responsibilities As an infrastructure project manager, you will have overall responsibility for leading infrastructure projects from early stages to completion. Together with your colleagues in the project team, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and closing out projects that develop and improve the municipality's infrastructure. You will also maintain ongoing communication with government agencies, other departments, and external parties to ensure that projects are carried out in an efficient and professional manner. We perform our assignments largely with our own personnel. Your main responsibilities include: Leading investigations in early stages and coordinating the preparation of contract documents. Conducting procurement and tendering of consultants and contractors in accordance with public procurement regulations. Project management for planning and implementation of infrastructure contracts. Responsibility for project budgets, financial monitoring, and final accounting. Serving as the client's representative in workplace health and safety matters. Communicating with government agencies, the public, and other stakeholders affected by projects. Ability to independently drive projects from planning through implementation and follow-up. Basic knowledge of contract law and cost estimation. We also expect good IT skills and good knowledge of Swedish in speaking and writing. A driver's license (category B) is also required for the role.
