These are just a few of the many exciting projects we have underway here at Balder, and more are on the way. That's why we're looking for a senior project manager for our new development group. We have spent many years systematically building up our project organization and our portfolio of ongoing and upcoming projects. This means that today we have a diversified portfolio of development rights for development and investment properties with the goal of producing both rental apartments, condominiums, commercial spaces and hotels for modern living in-house. About you. Since the majority of projects range from 100 million kronor up to one billion, you need to have managed larger projects previously to be able to see them through. We see that you have 15+ years of experience in project management within the construction and/or real estate industry, with at least a few years in new development on the property owner side. You will, together with the project team, lead building projects from design to handover in accordance with agreed quality, budget and schedule. This includes: Design & documentation Building permit processes Procurement Execution Post-completion & warranty This requires a good understanding of the construction process and high competence in project management in terms of controlling scope, schedule, costs, risk and procurement. You have solid knowledge of construction law, KA, BAS P/U and general building technology. Knowledge of ventilation and piping systems is a merit. Every deal counts.
