About Us
Strängnäs Fastighets AB and Strängnäs Bostads AB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Strängnäs Municipality with a total portfolio of approximately 288,000 sqm of premises and apartments, plus leased spaces according to municipal needs. We want to be the good landlord for all our tenants and offer attractive business premises and apartments with high service standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for all phases of the project, from investigation and budgeting to implementation and follow-up. Projects may include new construction, planned maintenance, operational adaptations, or renovations in one of the municipality's business premises or the housing company's apartment portfolio.
You will be part of the Project Department and report to the Project Director.
You will:
Steer and lead projects toward set goals in a customer-oriented manner
Lead work with the municipality in developing program requirements, cost estimates, financial follow-up, and quality assurance
Procure consultants and contractors
Handle authority contacts
Detail planning and work preparation for your own tasks
Other tasks within this field
With commitment and creative thinking, you create cost-effective solutions while considering the buildings' lifespan and intended use.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Appropriate higher education or equivalent work experience
• Strong knowledge of contract law and public procurement regulations
• Negotiation experience
• Your decisions are made on a business basis and your leadership reflects the company's core values
