Riksbyggen is now seeking a Project Manager for the market area Renovation South. Make a difference with us As a project manager with us, you will work closely with property management and leasing throughout the entire project process, which may include; ROT projects, maintenance and renovation projects, tenant adaptations, and energy efficiency improvements. This is a role where you as a project manager get to work on all aspects with great freedom. You drive your projects through all stages and are responsible for both implementation and results. You will, among other things: Be responsible for leading projects and ensuring work through the entire process to final inspection and handover Work together with teams in the idea phase and be responsible for preparing decision-making documents for customers and clients Work together in teams in the analysis phase of the customer's renovation needs, living environment, and finances Prepare tender documents and drive procurements of project managers and construction contracts Manage extensive customer contact with tenants, contractors, consultants, and various government contacts You contribute with your expertise and commitment We are seeking someone with a strong interest in ROT and renovation projects and the ability to meet our customers' needs. You have experience in project management within the real estate industry and property management. You have led projects from idea phase, analysis, and design through implementation and closure, and have been responsible for budgets and forecasts. Since ROT projects and energy projects are an important part of the assignment, it is crucial that you have documented experience leading and implementing such projects. We see that you have the following: Education as a higher technical engineer, civil engineer, and/or have the required expertise and experience as a project manager Good leadership skills – ability to lead people in various temporary teams Experience in project management, property management agreements, procurements, and purchasing Broad building technical expertise with extensive installation knowledge Experience with maintenance and renovation projects of multi-family buildings as well as commercial and tenant adaptations The ability to see the bigger picture and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and deviations in projects/operations Extensive experience communicating with tenants and customers To succeed in the role, you also need to be business-minded and trustworthy, and enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues. You are driven to work towards set goals, have good collaboration skills, and are attentive to customers' needs. Furthermore, you are accustomed to digital working methods, thrive in a changing environment, and use your drive and communication skills to build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
