JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a project manager for the implementation of a new financial system
Six municipalities are now coming together in a joint effort to implement a new financial system. This is a comprehensive and exciting initiative that will create better conditions for future financial processes, increased collaboration, and more efficient support to operations.
To lead this work, we are now looking for a project manager who wants to drive the change from planning to implementation.
As a project manager, you will have a central role in a collaboration project where multiple municipalities work toward a common goal. You will coordinate activities, create structure, lead working groups, and be an important link between operations, finance, IT, and the system provider.
We are looking for someone with project management experience, a strong ability to build relationships, and an interest in operational development. Experience with system implementations, change management, or financial processes is a merit.

Main responsibilities include:
• Lead the project for 6 municipalities in collaboration.
• Ensure that financial and time frames are followed.
• Ensure that all aspects of the projects are managed carefully and with good quality as a result.
• Drive projects to completion according to agreed scope, time, quality, and functionality.
• Create structure in planning and follow-up, and make it easy for the team and stakeholders to know what applies now.
• Lead the project group's work through clear task distribution and follow-up, without personnel responsibility.
• Ensure safe dialogue with all involved, clarify expectations, limitations, and decisions.
• Work closely with the municipalities involved.
• Report status and follow-up to the steering group.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Is structured and has clear process thinking with a strong interest in operations, business processes, and workflows.
• Is excellent at communication and has an easy time building trust and adapting to the recipient. Since you will work with many stakeholders.
• Experience from IT/Finance projects.
• Relevant academic background.
Employment form: Fixed-term employment.
Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: Approximately October 2026, end date: 2028-06-30.
