About the position
As a project manager at INKAB, you are responsible for the entire project cycle from order to completed delivery and commissioning at the customer. You drive the projects forward with a focus on quality, time, and economics, and are a central link between the customer, design, manufacturing, and assembly.
The role also includes:
- Plan, drive, and follow up on projects
- Responsible for customer dialogue and relationships throughout the project
- Coordinate internal and external resources
- Follow up on manufacturing, assembly, and installation
- Plan and conduct tests, commissioning, and customer training
- Ensure documentation, quality, and risk management
The position is located in Hjo and involves daytime work, Monday–Friday, with 1–2 travel days per week. You are offered employment at INKAB with a start immediately or by agreement.
Your profile
You have a good technical understanding, work in a structured manner, and are comfortable with significant personal responsibility. You take initiative, drive work forward, and have a natural ability to solve problems along the way. As a person, you are communicative and have a strong customer focus, while you are equally comfortable working independently as in a team. In a smaller organization, you are flexible, unpretentious, and contribute where needed.
We are looking for you who have:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, automation, or equivalent
- Experience in project management within industry, machinery manufacturing, or automation
- Good technical understanding of machinery systems and manufacturing processes
- Experience driving projects from start to finish
Project management certification (e.g., PMP or IPMA) and experience from the wood or process industry are merits. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. A driver's license is required.
Experience with CE marking and associated regulations is a merit.
