Professionals Nord is now recruiting, on behalf of one of our client companies in infrastructure in Boden, a project coordinator who wants to support the project organization through planning, monitoring, and reporting. You will be an important part of the project team and contribute to ensuring that projects follow established timelines and goals. About the Position Professionals Nord is recruiting a Project Coordinator in Project Management on behalf of our client. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will initially be employed as a consultant at Professionals Nord for the first 6 months. The intention from both Professionals Nord and the client company is thereafter a permanent employment with the client, provided the collaboration works well. About the Role In this role, you will work closely with project managers and other project functions to monitor project progress and prepare decision-making materials. You are responsible for compiling reports, analyzing project data, and contributing to effective project management. Your tasks include: Supporting the project team with planning and monitoring of projects. Preparing and updating reports and presentations. Compiling and analyzing project data and monitoring project progress. Administering and maintaining project and planning documentation. Contributing to the development and improvement of work methods, report templates, and processes. Collaborating with multiple functions to ensure efficient project execution. We Are Looking for You If You Have post-secondary education in engineering, construction, project management, industrial economics, economics, or another relevant field. You are either newly graduated or have a few years of experience in project administration, project planning, or project management. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A structured and analytical approach to work with good attention to detail. Ability to compile and present information in a clear and professional manner. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Primavera P6, or other project and planning tools. As a person, you are curious, responsible, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in a team, collaborate easily with different functions, and are motivated by developing your skills in project management and planning. You take own initiatives, work methodically, and are happy to contribute to improving work methods and processes.
