Professionals Nord is now seeking, for one of our client companies in infrastructure in Boden, a project coordinator who wants to support the project organization through planning, follow-up, and reporting. You will be an important part of the project team and contribute to ensuring that projects meet established timelines and goals. Job Information Professionals Nord is seeking on behalf of our client a Project Coordinator in Project Management. This assignment is part of our personnel leasing services. You will initially be employed as a consultant at Professionals Nord during the first 6 months. The ambition from both Professionals Nord and the client company is thereafter a direct employment with the client, provided that the collaboration works well. About the Role In this role, you work closely with project managers and other project functions to monitor project progress and prepare decision-making documents. You are responsible for compiling reports, analyzing project data, and contributing to efficient project management. Your work tasks include, among other things: Support the project team with project planning and follow-up. Prepare and update reports and presentations. Compile and analyze project data and monitor project progress. Administer and maintain project and planning documentation. Contribute to the development and improvement of working methods, report templates, and processes. Collaborate with multiple functions to ensure efficient project execution. We are Looking for You You have post-secondary education in engineering, construction, project management, industrial economics, economics, or another relevant field. You are either newly graduated or have some years of experience in project administration, project planning, or project management. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. A structured and analytical work approach with a good eye for detail. Ability to compile and present information in a clear and professional manner. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you have experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Primavera P6, or other project and planning tools. As a person, you are curious, responsible, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working in teams, collaborate easily with different functions, and are motivated by developing your skills in project management and planning. You take your own initiatives, work methodically, and enjoy contributing to improved working methods and processes.
