Job Description We are seeking a project coordinator who can provide service-oriented support to program management and project managers within planning and reporting. Work with project documentation requires you to be structured and meticulous, as you are responsible for creating and maintaining order in the materials. As part of the assignment, you will manage your own projects within a NIS2 program. You work independently and solution-oriented even in situations where the conditions are not entirely clear. The role also involves developing and continuously managing schedules for the program and its sub-projects, as well as monitoring activities, deliverables, and milestones. Since multiple workstreams and deadlines are handled in parallel, you need good collaboration skills and a decisive work approach. You also contribute to ensuring that the program and sub-projects stay on track and that decided activities are carried out. Mandatory Qualifications: Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing. Good understanding of agile and/or traditional project management methodologies. Experience in project management and project administration and/or project coordination, as well as experience in handling project documentation, follow-ups, and schedules. It is considered advantageous if you have experience in project management within larger programs or IT projects, as well as experience from the public sector or operations within higher education and research.
