The Role of Project Procurement Manager
Our construction projects rarely work with finished documentation and specifications, which challenges the procurement function. Each assignment is unique based on the site's conditions, contract type, and the product we are building. This provides great opportunities as a Project Procurement Manager to influence procurements of both services and products in a unique way compared to traditional purchasing work. To succeed in this role, you need to understand the construction process, and therefore we would like to see some form of experience from the construction industry. You will be an important specialist and colleague in the project team where you support line operations in achieving satisfied customers and profitable projects. You ensure that we follow established processes, write local agreements, and protect the project's interests from a procurement perspective. This requires a solution-oriented approach, collaboration skills, and a methodical mindset.
You will work in project form close to the line, primarily in Värmland, but you should also be able to support projects throughout the Central region.
You will report to the Procurement Manager, who is located in Örebro. We work with ongoing recruitment.
