In this role, you will be responsible for and lead the engineering work, ensuring that projects are executed with high quality, within budget, and on schedule. You will: Lead and coordinate engineering work from early stages to final delivery Ensure that engineering meets requirements for quality, time, and budget Be the coordinating link between the client and AFRY's project team Drive and coordinate technical solutions in close collaboration with AFRY's combined expertise across multiple disciplines Lead the project team, delegate and follow up on work, and support and develop colleagues You work with the big picture, lead and support colleagues, and collaborate closely with clients. Assignments vary from smaller local projects to larger, long-term, and complex projects spanning several years. Several major industrial and infrastructure initiatives are planned in Northern Sweden in the coming years. Together with you, we look forward to taking on the challenges and opportunities these projects present within infrastructure and societal development. Qualifications You have a university degree or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways, with at least 5 years of experience in various roles and phases of societal development projects, either as a consultant, contractor, or client. We also see that you have good knowledge of the laws, standards, and technical guidelines that govern the industry, and that you can ensure our projects comply with applicable regulations and maintain high technical quality.
