This is an exciting and important role where, as a Project Controller, you will support investment operations with financial management and monitoring. You will join the project controlling department, which consists of 12 people, 8 of whom are Project Controllers. You will have a central role in financial management, monitoring and reporting of our facility investments. The role is broad and varied. You will be part of a program organization with a very large number of projects where you are responsible for financial matters in operations. In close collaboration with your colleagues, program managers, project managers and other functions in the organization, you ensure that financial reporting maintains high quality and provides the right support for management and decision-making. The role also involves identifying deviations, analyzing results and contributing improvement suggestions for processes and working methods. There are good opportunities to influence and develop the role based on your competence, interests and the organization's needs. The work tasks are varied and encompass both ongoing monitoring as well as more analytical and investigative tasks. Your Main Responsibilities The position is broad and varied, but your main work tasks will be: Support program managers with investment planning and forecasts Support project managers with financial structure and monitoring in large projects Perform and develop investment monitoring Drive or participate in development activities Monitor ongoing projects and ensure financial closure of projects Ad-hoc analyses/tasks Conduct training within your area of expertise Continuously support investment operations with financial matters Requirements To be successful in this role, we see that you are an engaged and curious person who is motivated by achieving results. It is important for the role that you have a pedagogical approach and the ability to communicate results and analyses to different types of recipients.
