Your role LKAB is driving the world's most extensive community transformation as a direct result of continued mining operations in Malmberget. To ensure that this historic change is implemented with control, quality, and long-term sustainability, we are now seeking project controllers for our organization. As a project controller, you work closely with our project managers and community transformation functions and become a key person in creating financial transparency and stability in projects that affect Gällivare's entire future development. You contribute to ensuring that our investments, compensation processes, and city development projects are implemented with clear financial management and well-founded decision-making materials. Your main responsibilities Financial monitoring — Continuously monitor costs, revenues, and deviations in projects. Budget and forecast work — Establish and quality-assure budgets and long-term forecasts for projects with very large financial frameworks and long time horizons. Reporting and decision support — Prepare analyses, monthly reports, and key figures for LKAB's management, steering groups, and collaboration forums. Support for project managers — Be an active advisor on financial matters and ensure that project managers have the right foundation for planning, prioritization, and monitoring. What you bring To thrive and succeed in the role, you are a proactive and confident person who is motivated by working in a dynamic and changing environment. With good structure and accuracy, you efficiently handle large amounts of data and multiple parallel projects, even during periods of high pace. You are driven to find solutions and see opportunities in complex contexts, while maintaining a business-minded approach and a natural ability to see the big picture in our projects and investments. Economics degree at university level Positive and solution-oriented Strong analytical ability Good knowledge of Swedish and English Driver's license (category B) Meritorious: Work in industrial environments Experience with projects in industry, real estate, infrastructure Experience from the public sector in urban development Experience in accounting work Warm welcome with your application!
