About the Role As a Project Controller, you will become an important part of the project organization and be responsible for financial monitoring in a major project. Projects often span several years and involve amounts in the billions, meaning that each project essentially functions as its own company with its own organization. You will work closely with project management, controllers, and other key personnel, contributing analyses, financial monitoring, and decision-making materials that help the project achieve its goals. The role also involves presenting financial analyses and driving discussions about deviations and improvement measures together with steering committees and customers. Examples of Work Tasks Manage financial monitoring of major projects. Analyze project profitability, costs, and financial outcomes. Develop forecasts, reports, and decision-making materials. Present analyses and financial results to project management and steering committees. Identify risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities. Provide business support to project managers and contribute to financial decisions throughout the project's lifecycle. We Are Looking for You Have worked as a Project Controller, or alternatively as a Business Controller or Controller with responsibility for major projects or business areas. You have an academic degree in economics, industrial economics, or similar, and feel confident with financial analysis, forecasting, and financial monitoring.
