About the Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 7 project leaders. This is a newly created role designed to establish clearer procurement processes and provide the department with better conditions to work strategically and long-term. It is a self-sufficient team, which means you will also be able to lead your own projects. We are looking for someone who is comfortable delegating responsibility, creating conditions for independent employees, and providing support when needed. You will work with: Leadership and development of the project organization Strategic planning and business development Development of procurement and project processes Financial monitoring and business management Procurement matters and contractor-related processes Ongoing project and contractor monitoring Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders The role also involves leading certain projects based on departmental needs. About You We are looking for someone with solid experience in project management and public procurement. You are a confident leader with good personal maturity and the ability to build trust in various contexts.
