The Project Manager Role We are looking for you who wants to take a key role and be involved from the beginning as we build up a new team. Here you get the opportunity to lead, develop and make an impact - in close collaboration with engaged colleagues. As a project manager you will be a central force in our team building, but you also have responsibility for driving exciting and challenging facility projects with a focus on industry. As Project Manager you are responsible for · Leading and coordinating subordinate staff and, where applicable, skilled workers · Overall responsibility for the execution of assigned projects · Ensuring that projects deliver expected results and cash flow · Together with the rest of the project organization, you set engaging goals and find efficient production solutions · Participate in early stages and in tender work · Ensuring that the project follows set time, quality and cost frameworks, and that work is carried out in accordance with the processes in the management system and is documented as required · Work for and ensure a good working environment within your area of responsibility · Quality assure and optimize the progress of our projects · Personnel responsibility for assigned staff and responsible for resource planning within production, including external resources · Build and maintain long-term customer relationships · Monitor the market actively and identify new business models and project opportunities We are looking for you who have · A degree in civil engineering, engineering or equivalent qualification · Several years of experience with facility projects in industry · A business-minded and strategic approach combined with good collaboration skills · Solid experience in business and negotiation · Very good knowledge of relevant laws, agreements and decision processes · A strong network within both private companies and public actors We also believe that you are a confident and engaged leader who enjoys working with others and leads by example. You also see the value in sharing your knowledge to develop both projects and colleagues. In the role of Project Manager you report to the Production Manager and you are part of the production manager group's management team. Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities for the position. About Civil West The Civil SE West department operates within facility projects in Gothenburg, Northern Halland, Älvsborg and Bohuslän. The work covers the entire chain, from design and construction to production within land and facility projects. We are approximately 300 employees and are divided into four production areas and a specialist group.
