Responsibilities Communication with clients and customers Development of sketches and structural solutions based on client needs and applicable regulatory requirements Design and modeling in Revit/CAD Coordination of multiple parallel projects Contribute to efficient work processes and solutions that accelerate project completion Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a structural engineer or similar role Relevant higher education, university, or professional education in building technology Strong skills in Revit, CAD programs, and 3D modeling Experience with structural work in construction, residential development, or housing production Good knowledge of building codes and regulations for residential properties Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious Knowledge of building dimension and design Experience with building physics and energy calculations Experience in residential or single-family home project design Personal Qualities High moral standards and strong sense of responsibility Good references and professional conduct Ability to make quick decisions and prioritize correctly Structured and solution-oriented Flexible and unpretentious with a willingness to contribute where needed Proactive with a focus on efficiency and quality Transparency and clear communication with colleagues and management Other We value security and trust in our team.
