About the Project Analyst Role As a Project Analyst, you'll become a key person in the Program and Project team's work to monitor, understand, and explain progress in the project portfolio for electricity grid investments. You'll have a central role with many stakeholder contacts - both within Program and Project where you'll support and collaborate with project managers and project controllers, as well as serving as a link to other departments that initiate and drive investment projects forward. As a project analyst, you have a varied role with significant personal responsibility. You'll have great opportunities to influence progress in our projects and therefore play a central role in developing the electrification of the future. Here you'll have the opportunity to influence future working methods and investments together with your colleagues. The group consists of 8 project analysts and project controllers, and together with colleagues you'll be responsible for developing and presenting reports on finances, progress, risks, and key metrics. What You Need to Succeed in This Role You need to be analytical, have a structured work methodology, and feel confident in yourself and your knowledge. Since the role involves many stakeholder contacts, you also need to be comfortable collaborating and have the ability to create engagement around the issues you drive. We see that you're solution-oriented, as new questions and challenges often come up that you need to be able to address. Furthermore, we see that you have good ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel, which also requires good structure in your work. We're Looking for Someone Who: Has an academic degree, likely in engineering or economics Has a few years of experience with analysis and/or project monitoring Desirable: experience with BI tools, and especially desirable if you've worked on building your own reports Speaks Swedish fluently and has good English skills. The role involves communicating information and you need to be comfortable with presentation techniques.
