Prepare project applications, coordinate and/or manage projects or programs identified in Smiltenes Municipality's development plan, as well as prepare and implement other current projects; Monitor and inform about available financial sources, funds, support programs, and principles for obtaining funding; analyze opportunities for implementing and developing new projects; Control task completion, compile information, and participate in report preparation; ensure project implementation timelines and budget expenditures according to estimates; ensure timely preparation and submission of necessary project reports; Analyze opportunities for implementing new projects; Participate in the preparation of municipal planning and other documents. We value: Higher education in project management, economics, finance, business, or a related field; Desirable experience in project preparation and implementation; Excellent computer skills; Native-level proficiency in the state language; good knowledge of English; Precision, high sense of responsibility, communication skills, analytical and strategic thinking; Ability to express and defend opinions, make independent decisions, work in a team.
