We expect: higher technical education in construction, economics, or business management; we will also consider applications from students; compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets"; desirable understanding of the construction field; desirable experience working with document management systems; ability to set priorities, independently organize and plan your work, as well as work in a team; skill in expressing and arguing your opinion; ability to make independent decisions; skill in analyzing large volumes of information; high sense of responsibility and precision; English language knowledge at least at conversational level, necessary for communication with allies; ability to work with MS Office applications and web browsers at user level; Category B driver's license; eID card for performing job duties. Main job responsibilities: conduct general inspections of buildings, structures, and engineering communications, preparing appropriate technical conclusions, inspection reports, and estimates within your competence; represent the client's interests in addressing issues related to design and construction work; organize, supervise, and manage projects in accordance with regulatory requirements; organize, supervise, and manage project execution within the established budget and timeline; receive and verify reports submitted by work contractors, work completion acts, and payment invoices; conduct (organize) necessary communications with parties involved in the project to ensure project objectives are achieved; develop or prepare and formalize documents in accordance with requirements specified in regulatory acts. We inform you that the position competition will proceed in two stages - during the first stage, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and candidates' compliance with requirements. For the second stage of selection - interviews - the competition commission will invite only those candidates who have passed the first stage of selection.
