SUPPLY STATE AGENCY invites you to join the team Real Estate Management Department Kurzeme Property Management Division Project Manager (for an indefinite period) Work location: Bāriņu iela 3, Liepāja. We will entrust you with: • Monitoring the technical condition of the real estate infrastructure in the agency's accounting records, planning and performing work necessary for infrastructure improvements; • Collecting information about necessary repairs identified as a result of real estate inspections. Drafting repair plans, calculating approximate costs of services and construction work necessary for construction work provision, conducting price inquiries and their evaluation; • Ensuring timely progress of the construction process by drafting technical specifications and other technical documentation for procurement processes; • Participating in infrastructure development plan development; • Preparing draft information reports, technical specifications, contracts, opinions, correspondence and other documents; • Within your competence, managing infrastructure development projects, representing the agency in construction processes, coordinating and ensuring the development of design tasks and construction technical assignments. Our requirements: • Higher or second-level professional higher education in engineering sciences (preferably construction or real estate management) or legal sciences. Additional education in the construction field, confirmed by certificates, is desirable; • Desirable experience in real estate management, construction project management, and knowledge of public procurement; • Additional education in the construction field, confirmed by certificates, will be considered an advantage; • Good knowledge of regulatory acts governing real estate management and construction; • Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic work environment; • Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, e-mail); • Latvian language knowledge at C level, level 1; • Category "B" driver's license required; • A permit to work with state secrets will be required to perform the duties of the position.
