Senior Project Manager

We expect:
higher technical education in construction, economics, business management, or management sciences;
compliance with the requirements of Section 9 of the Law "On State Secrets";
preferred professional experience in construction and project management of at least 3 years;
preferred experience working with document management systems;
good knowledge and understanding of issues related to project management and the construction field;
ability to prioritize, independently organize and plan your work, as well as work in a team;
skill to express and argue your opinion;
ability to independently make decisions;
skill to analyze large volumes of information;
high sense of responsibility and accuracy;
English language knowledge at least at conversational level, necessary for communication with allies;
ability to work with MS Office applications and web browsers at user level;
Category B driver's license;
eID card for performing job duties.
Main job responsibilities:
conduct general and repeated inspections of buildings, structures, and engineering communications, preparing relevant technical conclusions, inspection reports, and estimates within your competence;
represent the client's interests in resolving issues related to design and construction work;
organize, supervise, and perform project management in accordance with regulatory requirements;
organize, supervise, and perform project execution management within the specified budget and timeline;
accept and verify reports submitted by work executors, work completion certificates, and payment invoices;
conduct (organize) necessary communications with parties involved in the project to ensure achievement of its objectives;
develop or prepare and formalize documents in accordance with requirements established in regulatory acts.
We inform you that the position competition will take place in two rounds - during the first round, the competition commission will evaluate the submitted documents and the candidates' compliance with the requirements. For the second round of selection – interviews, the competition commission will invite only candidates who have passed the first round of selection.
