What We'll Entrust You With Actively participate in a large IT team and project implementation by performing assigned project tasks, including data verification, requirement clarification, process description development, project data compilation and visualization, as well as monitoring specific project activities and preparing reports Support project managers with administrative, communication, and organizational matters, including organizing meetings, providing necessary facilities and equipment, and coordinating business travel Participate in the implementation of new digital solutions, translating business needs into clear requirements, engaging in the development process, conducting testing, and participating throughout the entire process until successful solution deployment Facilitate successful adoption of new solutions by developing user-friendly instructions and training materials, as well as leading or coordinating employee training Administer active IT solutions, coordinating rapid problem resolution with the IT department and system vendors, as well as participating in product update reviews and implementation Provide direct first-level support to users, identifying new business needs and helping resolve issues with existing solutions Collaborate with the IT team in prioritizing new requirements and current issues, clarifying their nature, causes, constraints, and impact on operational work Collaborate with stakeholders, including Technical Department managers, system analysts, IT user support specialists, system administrators, and external product vendors If You Have Higher education in computer science, data science, IT, aircraft maintenance, or aviation Proven experience in at least one of the following areas: IT system administration, implementation, or testing; programming or database administration; aircraft engineering or technical maintenance Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with AMOS, MS Power Platform (Power Apps, SharePoint, PowerBI, etc.), Jira, or Excel will be considered an advantage Project Experience: Participation in ERP implementation projects (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar) will be highly valued Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High sense of responsibility and team spirit Ability to work independently and make decisions Excellent communication skills Good English language proficiency, both written and spoken*Latvian language proficiency (C1 level) Please apply for this vacancy using the following link: https://careers.airbaltic.com/lv/vakances/gaisa-kugu-tehniska-apkope/digitalo-risinajumu-administrators-e *Foreign language proficiency is necessary for communication with clients, partners, colleagues, and potential employees, as well as for working with company internal systems, including processing of necessary documents and requests.
