Then you could be the person we are looking for at Green Cluster. About Green Cluster Green Cluster is a knowledge and development hub for the green industries in Fyrbodal. Through collaboration between companies, academia, the public sector, and innovation actors, we drive projects and initiatives that strengthen competitiveness, sustainability, and innovation within agriculture, food, forestry, and aquaculture. We function as a meeting place, project owner, and development partner for companies and organizations that want to contribute to the green transition and increased regional self-sufficiency. Our areas of activity include locally produced food, circular systems, land-based fish farming, and sustainable forestry. About the Role As a project economist with us, you will be responsible for the financial management of projects and support project managers throughout the project cycle, from application to completed projects with a focus on financial and administrative tasks. You will be part of a creative team of seven employees based at Nuntorp Farm. Your work will include tasks such as: Ongoing bookkeeping, VAT reporting, cash flow analyses Payroll management, reporting of employer contributions and taxes Requesting funds currently/from, for example, the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth, the Board of Agriculture, the Region Västra Götaland, Fyrbodal Municipal Association Advice and support in budgeting for applications Project budgeting after approved applications Financial statements and monitoring of income and expenses within grant-funded projects Financial reporting to funders Communication with funders and any participating partners to ensure compliance with financial and administrative requirements Other administrative tasks may also occur About You We are looking for someone who can and wants to work independently, in a structured manner, with quality awareness, and with a service-oriented approach. Additionally, you need to have pedagogical insight and thrive in an environment with many contact points and varied work tasks. You: Are driven, solution-oriented, and take responsibility Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different functions Are pedagogical and have a talent for communicating financial information in a clear way Qualifications Post-secondary education in economics Experience in project economics or project accounting Good ability to communicate economics with other economists and with project managers Good Excel skills Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Meritorious Experience with Fortnox Experience in payroll administration Experience supporting a management function in financial matters Experience independently working with accounting, financial statements, and reporting of grant-funded projects Scope 50% part-time.
