Project and Change Manager in Business Continuity Management

On behalf of our client, we are now seeking a Project and Change Manager in Business Continuity Management. The assignment is at 50-100% and is expected to start 2026-09-01 and run through 2027-09-01. About the Assignment We are looking for an experienced project and change manager in business continuity management for a longer consulting assignment at a major property company in Stockholm. The assignment is suitable for you if you have experience driving, developing, and anchoring business continuity work and enjoy working at the intersection of operations, IT, information security, and cybersecurity. In the role, you will work closely with, among others, management, IT, security functions, operational representatives, and the facilities organization. You will have a central role in coordinating the work and translating requirements and frameworks into concrete and usable methods. Your work tasks may include: Drive and further develop business continuity management and continuity planning work. Map what has already been implemented and identify what needs to be supplemented and anchored. Coordinate and ensure quality of plans, procedures, templates, instructions, and decision-making documents. Identify business-critical processes, functions, services, systems, information flows, and dependencies. Plan and lead workshops together with operations, IT, security functions, and facilities. Develop and anchor working methods, roles, and responsibilities within business continuity management. Link business continuity work to, for example, crisis management, information security, IT management, and operational governance. Translate requirements from, for example, ISO 22301, NIS2, and GDPR into practical working methods. Drive anchoring, communication, and change management in the organization. Support follow-up, exercises, and continuous improvement of business continuity work. Contribute to a structured handover to regular facilities management and line organization. Start: 2026-09-01 End: 2027-09-01 Scope: 50-100% Location: Stockholm About You We are looking for you who meet the following mandatory requirements: Relevant higher education or equivalent competence through work experience. Documented experience in project management and change management. Documented experience in business continuity management and continuity planning. Experience establishing, further developing, or ensuring management systems for business continuity management. Good understanding of ISO 22301 or equivalent framework. Good understanding of information security, IT security, and cybersecurity. Experience translating standards, regulations, and requirements into concrete working methods. Experience identifying critical processes, dependencies, and risks and developing relevant measures. Experience leading workshops and coordinating multiple stakeholders. Experience developing and ensuring quality of policies, procedures, plans, decision-making documents, and follow-up structures.
