Your Responsibilities Do you want a central role in large international projects where quality, technology, and project management meet? We are now seeking Project Quality Managers for two exciting business areas within Industrial Gas Turbines and Oil & Gas. Your main responsibilities include: Lead the project's quality work and coordinate the quality team. Manage the project's quality budget and plan quality activities. Ensure that the quality plan is implemented and followed throughout the project. Support the project organization on quality-related matters, deviations, reporting, and Quality Gates. Work with Lessons Learned and contribute to continuous improvements. Identify and follow up on quality risks and deviations. Be the point of contact for quality matters with the client and project organization. Report any deviations from the company's quality management system. Visit customers and subcontractors in connection with international business travel. Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a coordinating role and enjoys driving issues forward together with others. You are structured, communicative, and have a clear quality focus. To succeed in this role, we would like you to have: Experience in quality work, quality assurance, or quality control. Experience working in projects or project organizations. Good collaboration and communication skills. Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously. A results-oriented approach and ability to maintain focus on customer requirements and expectations. A degree in quality or a technical field from a university or technical college, or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Willingness and ability to travel internationally a few times per year. Application Process This position is initially a consulting assignment through us at Skill.
