Role: Our client is now seeking a Senior Production Project Planner with a focus on planning and coordinating the manufacturing of complex systems and products within the defense industry. You will analyze manufacturing flows, evaluate material requirements, and ensure that production adheres to project timelines. You are responsible for developing manufacturing plans and following up with the project. You will have a central role in production and the project, where strong collaboration skills between different departments and stakeholders are essential. In addition, you will play a key role in driving and implementing operational development projects within Production in Järfälla. Profile: Since your day-to-day work can be varied, flexibility and the ability to think creatively when facing challenges are required. As a social and outgoing person, you will have an advantage in this role, and you need to be communicative with a solution-oriented and forward-thinking approach to achieve results. Since the role involves a broad internal network, strong collaboration skills, being receptive to feedback, and having a curious attitude toward change and improvement are important. Competencies we would like you to have: A BSc degree and at least 3 years of experience in production, logistics, or production planning. Prior knowledge of Excel, VBA, SQL, and IFS is advantageous.
