Are you the right person to become part of the school leadership at one of Sweden's largest upper secondary schools? Rudbeck is Sollentuna Municipality's upper secondary school with a broad educational offering consisting of university preparatory programs, vocational programs, and introductory programs. The school has approximately 2,300 students and 230 employees. We are now seeking a Program Director for the Economics Program. Job Responsibilities As Program Director, you are responsible both operationally and strategically for assigned areas of responsibility. The position offers a broad mandate with clear delegation from the Principal, giving you considerable freedom to influence and drive the development of the upper secondary school. The framework consists of national and municipal governing documents. The Program Director has personnel and budget responsibility and leads the pedagogical work within assigned areas. In the management group, which consists of eight leaders, we work together on systematic quality and work environment initiatives as well as other overarching operational processes, with functional responsibility distributed among the group. Qualifications We believe our new Program Director has pedagogical university education with a focus on upper secondary school or other education that the employer deems adequate. You have many years of experience in the role of school leader. Since the position involves leading Rudbeck's Economics Program, previous experience with the upper secondary program and strong knowledge of entrepreneurship and business are significant advantages. Merited qualifications include begun or completed state principal training.
