PROGRAM MANAGER
Road Construction Projects Department
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of design programs.
Review and provide assessments on construction projects and their design specifications.
Participate in construction project expert reviews.
Participate in the review of road design standards being prepared.
Participate in the Project Management working group.
Participate in construction design procurement commissions.
Requirements for Candidates:
Higher education in transport construction specialty.
At least 3 years of work experience in the highway sector.
Experience in highway design.
Knowledge of highway industry standards and specifications.
Knowledge of regulatory acts governing highway construction.
Ability to gather and analyze information, develop solutions, evaluate alternatives, and make decisions.
Knowledge of project management.
State language proficiency at C1 level.
English language proficiency at least B2 level for communication in international professional organizations within job responsibilities.
Strong communication, planning, and collaboration skills.
Ability to apply professional knowledge and continuously improve.
Proficiency with MS Office.
