The Product Development Center of Riga Technical University invites an Embedded Software Developer to join our team.
Position: Embedded Software Developer

We expect from you:
Higher or professional education in engineering sciences (or currently pursuing studies).
Practical knowledge of C/C++ and Python programming; knowledge of other languages will be considered a priority.
Understanding of development in Linux operating system environment.
Responsibility, initiative, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.
Ability to work in a team and independently, organize your time, and meet deadlines.
Analytical thinking and ability to solve technical challenges in changing circumstances.
Good knowledge of Latvian and English languages for work with software.
We will entrust you with:
Developing software solutions in C/C++ and Python languages.
Ensuring software compatibility and integration with electronic devices, sensors, and other equipment.
Performing software testing, validation, and debugging.
Linux-based system development and customization, including operating system installation on devices and hardware driver configuration.
Using Git version control system in the software development process and maintaining structured code management.
Creating and maintaining scripts for system automation, configuration, and deployment.
Participating in research and development (R&D) processes.
We offer:
Salary from 1800 to 2300 EUR gross per month.

Salary: 1800 - 2300 EUR depending on experience.
Workload: Full-time, with possibility to work part-time at least 0.5.
