Our values: RESPONSIBILITY – COLLABORATION – DEVELOPMENT VSAA announces a competition for Senior DevOps Engineer position in the Information Systems Development Department (1 vacancy for an indefinite period) ______________________________________________________________ We offer: gross monthly salary from 2246 EUR to 2406 EUR (according to the evaluation of individual monthly salary determination criteria); a positive, open and democratic work environment; engaging, responsible and challenging work, with the opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain valuable practical experience; social guarantees in accordance with those established in the state administration; health insurance (after three months of employment); work location – Varakļānu Street 2, Riga Main responsibilities: Create, implement, improve and maintain automated continuous integration and continuous deployment (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) processes using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Bash, Python and other tools; Continuously analyze existing delivery processes, identify repetitive tasks, automate them, reducing the number of errors and increasing the speed of software delivery; Build and maintain Docker images and containers and provide support to developers in their application; Continuously analyze the infrastructure used by automated processes, optimizing resources; Document developed solutions and participate in the development and improvement of other IS development documentation. Requirements for candidates: Academic higher education (bachelor's degree) or first-level professional higher education, preferably in the field of information technology; desired at least three years of work experience in DevOps, systems or database administration or programming; Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes; Ability to build continuous integration and continuous deployment processes; higher education acquired in the state language or language proficiency corresponding to C level 1st stage; Teamwork; Analytical thinking; Care for order, accuracy and quality; Initiative; Ability to plan and organize your work.
