Description ProfilHotels Halmstad Plaza is Halmstad's newest hotel with 14 floors and 242 rooms, ranging from standard twin rooms to suites. The hotel is located in central Halmstad with proximity to the central station, shopping, and entertainment. ProfilHotels Halmstad Plaza is part of Ligula Hospitality Group AB. We are now seeking an employee at 75% to strengthen our team in Halmstad. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, stress-resilient, and flexible. You enjoy working at a fast pace as we have many guests coming and going around the clock every day of the year. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and have a spark in your eye. Responsibilities As a receptionist, you work with traditional reception duties, such as check-in and check-out, room and meeting bookings, responding to emails and guest reviews, proactively working with service sales, meeting setup, and assisting other departments. You are an important part of the hotel team and ensure that our guests are personally welcomed and receive the best possible service.
