We are now recruiting a professional customer sales representative for our trade store with responsibility for the store's inventory. The main focus is to proactively develop service and sales to continuously meet and preferably exceed customer expectations. Your Tasks As a sales representative in our trade store, your main tasks consist of serving all our customers, both professional customers and consumers, which includes acquiring new customers and upselling to existing customers. You create quotes and place orders, handle goods receipt, pack and complete customer orders. You are responsible for inventory management and purchasing for the trade store and monitoring inventory balances, and you ensure that the store is kept neat and organized. Every other Saturday and occasionally when needed, you will also help out in our consumer store where you guide our private customers in a positive way so they arrive at a decision that meets their wishes, requirements and more. With us, you will continuously participate in training to stay updated on our wide range of products. You see the bigger picture and contribute to the customer and work satisfaction we are known for and which we see as the key to further strengthening the store's profitability. To be considered for this position, we see that you have: Experience from the service industry and have worked in retail Experience in warehouse work and a forklift license is advantageous Terms of Employment Centro has a collective agreement, under which this position falls under the Retail Agreement.
