Main job duties: develop and implement a vocational basic education program "Construction Work" in accordance with the State Education Standard, taking into account each learner's health condition and development level; assess and analyze each learner's acquired knowledge and skills, select teaching methods appropriate for learning objectives, and change them if necessary; foster learners' creative attitude and independence in the learning process; implement new ideas, technologies, methods, and techniques in your work; create educational methodological materials; provide individual support to learners according to their abilities and needs; collaborate with class and group educators, educational institution support staff (psychologist, social pedagogue, speech therapist, medical worker) and educational institution administration; collaborate with employers in the professional field, ensuring the provision of practicum and work-based learning; integrate theoretical and practical parts of the learning process; plan your work and report on work results in the manner established by the educational institution; participate in meetings of the educational institution's pedagogical council and other meetings related to teaching and educational work; maintain documentation in accordance with requirements established by the educational institution; ensure learner safety and compliance with the educational institution's internal regulations; continue developing your professional competencies; comply with the work procedures established by the educational institution and other applicable regulatory acts and ethical norms. Requirements for candidates: level 4 professional qualification in the field and higher pedagogical education; desirable certificate authorizing work in special education programs; state language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with State Language Law requirements; excellent communication and interpersonal skills in oral and written form.
