Job Responsibilities: You will be in contact with new and existing customers and work to create new business opportunities - all to expand our operations in and around Stockholm. When needed, you will also support other parts of the region with sales efforts. You will actively work to visit new and existing customers. The role of Product Specialist / Sales Representative includes the following responsibilities: Work with quotes and order management Maintain ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs Actively manage existing and new customers Host exhibitions Conduct training sessions Product support for our customers Customer visits The work is conducted both from the office and at customer locations, which is why you must be comfortable with close customer contact, listening to customer needs and wishes, and always doing your best to provide customers with the best possible advice and support. The position also includes phone and email support. The position will involve some travel with overnight stays, which are often planned, approximately 10-20 overnight stays per year.
