The National Cybersecurity Center, NCSC, is now seeking a Product Coordinator to participate in building up the center's operations at FRA. Your Assignment
As a product coordinator, you work at NCSC in the unit for systematic information security work. You work together with specialists to develop and manage advice and support to organizations on how they can conduct their preventive, systematic cybersecurity work. Our cybersecurity specialists develop facts and contribute expertise while your job is to ensure that the support becomes accessible products that meet the target groups' needs and make a real difference in the organizations we exist to support.
In your role as product coordinator, your main responsibilities consist primarily of:
Managing and developing products such as guidelines, web-based training, webinars, online tools, and more.
Conducting needs and target group analyses.
Developing target group-adapted and accessible texts and other content.
Following up on the products' reach and impact.
You Can
We are looking for you who have:
Relevant higher education or work experience that the employer considers equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience working with product development, project or production management, or content development.
Office365
Very good skills in reading comprehension, writing, speaking, and listening in Swedish.
We consider it meritorious if you have:
Relevant academic degree and special training in product development or content development or education in cybersecurity.
More than 3 years of experience working with product development or content development or education in cybersecurity.
Experience from working in the public sector.
JIRA, CMS systems, and CRM systems.

More Information
The workplace is currently located in Tomteboda, Solna. Within a few years, new facilities will be ready in Bergshamra. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification. A requirement for employment is a passed security clearance with register check. The security clearance will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment includes an obligation to be placed on war reserve.
