Are you a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist with a few years of experience working with assistive devices? As a product consultant, you play an important role in ensuring that the right products reach the right patients. You contribute to safe and high-quality care through collaboration with healthcare providers, patients, and procurement functions throughout the Västra Götaland Region. We welcome your application by September 21! Job Description As a product consultant, you help develop the product range at the Assistive Device Centers. Through your understanding of needs and quality, you contribute to making a difference in people's daily lives. You work cross-functionally with functions such as assistive device consultants, service technicians, strategic purchasers, and registry managers. You will primarily be responsible for product areas within Mobility Aids. Your experience and expertise can influence which areas may become relevant. You will be part of a team of product consultants, and despite different product areas, you collaborate and work closely together on several matters. As a product consultant, you work on tasks such as: Driving procurement work together with the purchasing department. Writing analysis reports and specification requirements for the procurement of assistive devices according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU). Conducting development work Managing agreements and registry maintenance for procured products Responsible for planning training, developing and implementing information initiatives Following developments within your areas and maintaining good product knowledge Providing advice and consultation. More About the Position The work is conducted throughout the Västra Götaland Region, which means that business travel is part of the role. You will also work with your manager and/or colleagues remotely. The primary work locations for the position are Gothenburg or Skövde, but placement in Borås or Uddevalla may also be possible. Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist with several years of professional experience and experience working with assistive devices. You have good communication skills in both speaking and writing. You have good computer skills and are accustomed to learning and working in different IT systems. A valid driver's license and good driving skills are required.
