About the role As a methods developer in production planning, you will work with developing and improving methods, processes, and digital support tools within the operation. The role constitutes an important link between technical systems and users, with a focus on creating efficient work methods, strengthening users' conditions, and contributing to the organization's continued development. You will be part of a department that works with future production methods, strategies, and technical solutions within automation, digitalization, AI, Lean, and production flows. Travel within Sweden occurs in this position. Examples of work tasks Develop and implement work methods and procedures within production planning. Analyze and improve processes, workflows, and digital support tools. Contribute to the development and management of digital planning tools. Provide support to users on matters related to systems and work methods. Plan and implement training initiatives for the organization. Participate in digitalization and development projects. Contribute to the implementation of new technical solutions and work methods in production. Must-have requirements At least one year of experience in production planning, technical planning, or related areas. Post-secondary education in, for example, industrial design, technical design, mechanical engineering, or product development. Experience with Delmia or other tools for digital planning, production planning, or design. Driver's license category B and ability to travel during work. Swedish and English in speech and writing. The assignment is placed in security clearance. Prior to employment, you must undergo a security clearance and be approved according to current security protection regulations. This may entail requirements for certain citizenship. Meritorious Experience with digitalization in manufacturing industry, for example within Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, or system integration.
