Epiroc in Kalmar is now seeking a Production Developer in Logistics who wants to contribute to our continued growth journey. In this role you'll work closely with several functions, such as production, maintenance, supply chain, quality and procurement, and you'll report to the Head of Production Development. Your assignment As a Production Developer in Logistics, you'll drive improvements and changes in our material flows and processes, linked to both new products and new working methods. A particular focus in this role is the development of our high-bay warehouse, where you'll be involved in implementing automated solutions and new flow arrangements. The role includes: • developing and streamlining warehouse and logistics flows throughout production • serving as Business Key User (BKU) for shipping, warehouse, FactoryTrack and Fleet Manager • driving and participating in projects related to automation and new technology in logistics • leading feasibility studies and planning and implementing changes to our working methods • collaborating with suppliers on technical solutions and improvements The role involves a combination of logistics understanding and technical interest, where you contribute to developing both flows and automation solutions. You have an interest in technology and an understanding of how automation, systems and logistics flows interconnect. You thrive in a role where you can combine analysis with practical improvement work. Perhaps you've previously worked in a production or logistics environment where you've been involved in developing working methods, driven changes or participated in projects. You're structured in your approach, enjoy solving problems and find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different functions. To succeed in this role, we believe you have: • higher education in logistics, industrial economics or equivalent • experience working in logistics, production or project management • good experience working with systems, for example Excel • good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written If you have experience with Lean work or automated logistics solutions, we see that as a merit.
