Responsibilities Your role is to lead, manage, oversee, and develop technical operations regarding efficiency and quality – methods, systems, and people, which includes - quality assurance of processes and products. - process development where methods are continuously improved to create efficient and stable processes. - ensuring that the management system is followed and that annual quality audits are conducted. - creating conditions for production to work in a standardized manner. - participating and being present in projects within your area of responsibility. - conducting investigations and compiling reports that can be communicated, for example, when addressing major deviations such as quality issues within your area of responsibility. You will report to the Head of Technical Operations & Quality and lead six technical specialists. Who are you? Your educational background is a degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification, alternatively several years of experience from a similar position. You have the ability to write technical reports, interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and work with multiple abstract and concrete variables. To thrive in this role, we see that you are driven by continuous improvement initiatives and the development of methods and processes, both operatively and strategically. You are socially competent and enjoy working in a central function with many contact points. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities such as having strong personal drive, being analytical and structured. Of course, you possess good leadership skills, are service-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate with others. During the vacation period, we are unfortunately not available.
