We are now seeking a Production Technician / Technical Support for our operations in Solna – a broad and varied role for you who want to combine technology, problem-solving and practical work in an advanced production environment. The role has a central function in production and offers great opportunities to influence, develop and improve both processes and working methods.

About the Position
This is a central role in production where you act as the link between engineering and manufacturing. You will work closely with daily production while contributing technical expertise in everything from production tools and documentation to troubleshooting, calibration and process improvements.
The role is broad and varied, which means you will be in contact with large parts of the operation. One day you work on developing fixtures or updating production documentation, the next day you support production on a technical issue, perform calibrations or participate in an improvement or development project.
You will become an important resource for the operation and will gradually build up a deep understanding of products, processes and manufacturing flows. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop and take on greater technical responsibility over time.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to production for troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Calibrate, maintain and ensure functionality of production equipment, tools and technical aids.
• Develop, design and maintain fixtures, test adapters and other production aids.
• Practical work with manufacturing, assembly, cable preparation and some soldering.
• Participate in improvement and development projects related to production and manufacturing processes.
• Review, update and develop production documentation, instructions and technical documentation.
• Handle receiving and delivery inspections as well as discrepancies and complaints.
• Manage the operation's measuring equipment register.
• Support the operation with questions related to material flows, deliveries and shipments.
• Contribute to development of working methods, quality and efficiency in production.
We Are Looking for You
You have a great technical interest and are driven by understanding how products, processes and production equipment work in practice. You thrive in a role where you can combine technical problem-solving with close collaboration with production and where you have the opportunity to contribute to both daily operations and long-term improvements.
We believe you have a technical education or equivalent experience from manufacturing industry. Perhaps you currently work within electronics production, production technology or technical maintenance. Regardless of background, you have good technical understanding, a structured approach to work and a willingness to develop together with the operation.
As a person, you are unpretentious, curious and solution-oriented. You are easy to collaborate with others and appreciate a role where you can take responsibility, contribute with ideas and help move the operation forward.
Qualifications
• Technical education in for example electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
• Good technical understanding and interest in electronics and manufacturing.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings, circuit diagrams and documentation.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to work both independently and together with others.
Meritorious
• Experience from electronics production or other technically advanced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cable preparation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of or experience working according to IPC standards.
• Experience in production technology, technical maintenance or quality work.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience from the defense industry or other operations with high quality and documentation requirements.
• Experience with calibration and handling of measuring instruments.
• Experience developing work instructions, processes and technical documentation.*
