Your responsibilities
As a production technician/planner at Sepson, you have a central role in ensuring that production has the right conditions to manufacture products with high quality and efficiency. You work close to operations and function as a link between design, production, quality and procurement.
In the role, you are responsible for analyzing production and production flows for Sepson's winches and rack systems, as well as developing working methods that create structure and standardization in the organization. You develop and maintain production documentation, assembly instructions and planning in the business system Monitor G5, where you ensure that the documentation is correct, clear and adapted for production. You also work with time studies, deviation management and ensuring of bill of materials and operation structures.
Furthermore, you actively work with identifying improvement areas and driving efficiency improvements in production. You participate in the introduction of new products and changes in existing products, conduct analytical work such as time studies and root cause analyses, and contribute to developing methods and work processes.
You also serve as technical support to production in daily operations and have an important role in training and supporting employees in new working methods and instructions. The role involves close collaboration with multiple functions and a great opportunity to influence how production develops going forward.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with experience from the manufacturing industry and who has worked with production engineering, planning or production development. You have good technical understanding and are used to interpreting drawings and technical documentation.
You have experience working in business systems, preferably Monitor G5, as well as developing work instructions and production documentation. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
Experience with mechanical assembly, hydraulic systems or improvement work within e.g. Lean or 5S is an advantage.
As a person, you are structured, analytical and solutions-oriented. You thrive in a role where you get to work close to operations and combine theory with practice. You are communicative and collaboration-oriented, while you have your own drive and take responsibility for advancing the work.
