About the Position
As a production technician for our customer in Växjö, you will have a central role in supporting and assisting the production operations. You work close to the production lines and are an important resource in ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality production.
The role involves a strong focus on problem-solving and providing support where needed. You will spend considerable time on the production floor, collaborating with colleagues to quickly identify and resolve issues. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
The position is to be filled from week 32 and extends through January. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00.
About You
We are looking for someone who is communicative, solution-oriented, and has a natural ability to build good relationships. You thrive in an operations-focused role where you can combine technical expertise with collaboration and communication.
To succeed in this position, we see that you have previous experience working in production, preferably as a production technician. You are not afraid of new challenges and enjoy varied work.
About the Employment
This position is a consulting assignment, which means you are employed by Adecco and hired out to the customer. We want you to feel good and provide wellness allowances and discounts on gym memberships. To ensure you feel secure, you are also covered by insurance and occupational health services.
