Production Technician for Defense Industry

ABOUT THE ROLE: Our customer's production unit faces exciting challenges and development, where they are investing in long-term solutions such as digitalization and automation. As a production technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that the production department has the right equipment and developing production materials such as assembly instructions and operation lists. You will also drive continuous improvements to production processes and equipment. You will become part of a team of 8 people, where collaboration is a clear focus. Examples of responsibilities: • Provide administrative support with a focus on creating and updating production instructions. • Perform order preparation and ensure complete production materials. • Ensure accuracy and traceability in production documentation. • Participate in production technical projects. • Analyze and improve processes for increased efficiency and quality. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO HAVE: • A technical background, either through a YH education or equivalent • Experience in production technical work, preferably from manufacturing industry • Good knowledge of Swedish Great weight will be placed on personal suitability, and you as an applicant have a natural drive and feel comfortable in a production environment. We also believe that you are an unpretentious and solution-oriented person who can act in the moment. We also see that you are independent and structured. ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations at any given time. For positions where our customer has requirements for security classification placement, if applicable, may require certain citizenship. This is a consultant assignment where you are employed by Friday. We work with long-term assignments with our customers, which creates security and continuity for you in your role.
