As part of Troax Group's continued development, we are now strengthening our production engineering organization with a new role. An investment that reflects our ambition to develop our production flows, work methods, and technical solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to help build a more structured and standardized approach to production engineering at Garantell, with support from the expertise and experience available within Troax. The role is based at Garantell in Värnamo but also involves work at Troax in Hillerstorp. This gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development of production at both facilities.
This is a broad and hands-on role for someone who thrives best in the production environment. As a Production Technician, you will be an important part of developing production, work methods, and technical solutions. You work closely with operators, production, and other functions to identify bottlenecks, find improvement opportunities, and turn ideas into concrete solutions. One day you follow production at the machines to understand how the process works, the next day you test new solutions, develop work instructions, or drive improvements that create smarter work methods and more efficient production.
Examples of work tasks:
Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in our production flows.
Monitor and optimize cycle times, production flows, and work methods.
Develop and standardize work methods, instructions, and procedures.
Participate in the development of production equipment, automation, and technical solutions.
Contribute to investments, testing, and implementation of new solutions.
Drive improvement initiatives together with operators, production, and other functions.
Provide technical support in production and contribute to safe, efficient, and well-functioning production.
YOUR PROFILEWe believe you are a curious and engaged person who enjoys being close to production and is driven by finding smarter ways to work. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with others to turn ideas into concrete improvements. For you, it's just as natural to analyze a production flow as it is to be at the machines with the operators to find new improvement opportunities. If you have a technical background as an engineer or experience from manufacturing industry and have worked in production engineering, production, maintenance, or another technical role, we believe you have a good foundation. Experience with automation, improvement work, or standardization of work methods is a merit, but we place equal importance on your attitude, your commitment, and your willingness to develop.
