Our owner is the global Japanese conglomerate Press Kogyo, one of Japan's largest sub-suppliers, with factories in Japan, Thailand, USA, China, Indonesia, and Oskarshamn. We are a complete contract manufacturer of sheet metal components, tailored for small, medium, and large production runs.
In Oskarshamn, we have 175 employees and an annual turnover of approximately 500 million.
Production Technician – Machine Machining

We are now looking for a driven and engaged production technician in machine machining who wants to work closely with our production and be an important part of our continued development efforts.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise in CNC machining and programming with a clear focus on efficiency improvements, continuous improvement, and production development.
You will work closely with production and be part of the local management team, where you and your colleagues drive the work forward and contribute to safe, stable, and cost-effective operations.
Your main responsibilities
As a production technician, you will, among other things:
Drive and participate in improvement and development projects within production.
Work on efficiency and productivity improvements.
Analyze production results, key metrics, and disturbances to identify improvement opportunities.
Support production with technical questions and problem-solving.
Work with and develop CNC machining and programming.
Ensure and improve processes, working methods, and production flows.
Follow up and analyze costs and drive activities to improve profitability.
Participate in investments, industrialization, and development of new or existing processes.
Collaborate closely with operators, maintenance, quality, and other functions within the operation.
Contribute actively in the work within the local management team and help develop the operation in both the short and long term.
We are looking for someone who
Has a background in CNC machining, preferably with experience in programming and good understanding of machining processes.
You have a great technical interest and enjoy working close to production. You are analytical and solution-oriented and have the ability to go from analysis to concrete improvement measures.
