About the Role As a Production Technician at RIMASTER Electronics, you'll have a key role in production with primary responsibility for production planning and preparation. You'll work on converting customer specifications into clear production documentation and ensuring efficient production flows from prototype and pilot series to finished product. The role is broad and varied, where you work closely with customers, production, procurement, and internal functions. You'll be a natural point of contact throughout the entire process and have the opportunity to influence working methods, quality, and delivery reliability. At RIMASTER Electronics, you're involved in the entire chain, which means you get a holistic perspective and a day-to-day experience with great variety, responsibility, and many contact points. Your Main Responsibilities Interpret customer specifications and convert them into clear production documentation Take responsibility for production planning and ensure that production has the right conditions Plan and create operations, work instructions, and production workflows Participate in quotation work and early production assessments Manage pilot series and prototype manufacturing Support production during startups and ensure efficient workflows Act as the link between customer and production Handle technical issues and conduct dialogue with customers regarding, for example, component selection and production adaptations Identify, initiate, and drive improvement work in quality, efficiency, and delivery reliability Contribute your experience and support less experienced colleagues on the team Who Are You? We're looking for someone who has worked as a Production Technician, Production Planner, or in a similar technical role and who feels confident taking responsibility for the entire process, from customer dialogue and planning to production support and improvement work. To succeed in the role, we believe you have several years of experience from manufacturing industry and are used to working independently with production planning and production-related matters. We believe you have: Several years of experience as a Production Technician, Production Planner, or equivalent Experience from manufacturing industry Good understanding of production workflows and production processes Experience interpreting technical documentation and drawings Experience with business systems in a production environment Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Class B driver's license Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Merits Experience from electronics manufacturing or EMS operations Experience with circuit board manufacturing As a Person, You Are: Self-driven and responsible Structured with good prioritization skills Driven and solution-oriented Communicative and confident in customer dialogues Unpretentious and collaboration-oriented A team player who brings people around you along You thrive in an environment where the pace is periodically high and where you need to make decisions, prioritize, and drive work forward.
