Are you our next Production Technician? We're looking for someone with at least one year of work experience from similar roles who wants to continue developing with us and contribute your expertise in electronics and production. This is a consulting assignment with our customer in Järfälla where you, as a consultant, will be an important part of a technical team working closely with both design and manufacturing.
Working as a Consultant at Nexer Tech Talent
For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at our customer in Järfälla.
You will be coached by a mentor at our customer and a consultant manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant with us, you will be well taken care of and frequently invited to joint activities such as lectures, afterwork events, and lunch meetings.
Your Responsibilities
In the role of production technician, you will work closely with both design and production with a focus on circuit boards and manufacturing. You have an important role in ensuring efficient, robust, and quality-assured production flows.
Your main tasks:
Create preparations for circuit boards, including operation lists and time estimates
Link and manage production documentation for respective products
Review and clarify drawing documentation from design
Support assembly workers and production in daily operations
Manage and drive deviations in production related to your circuit boards
Be partially present on the production floor
Develop and improve working methods within the production area
Contribute to skills development and training of employees
We Would Like You to Have
A university or civil engineering degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical education
At least one year of work experience from a production technical, electronics technical, or similar role in manufacturing industry
Experience with, or good understanding of, circuit board manufacturing (PCB) or electronic production
Comfortable in an operational and production-focused role where you collaborate with multiple functions
Diligent, structured, and solution-oriented
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Meritorious
Experience from electronics production or PCB manufacturing
Experience in production planning and industrialization
Experience with deviation management and troubleshooting in production environments
Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, or other improvement methods
Experience introducing new products into production
