Production Technician at Hoval AB
Hoval AB is part of the Hoval Group, a family-owned company headquartered in Liechtenstein. The group has 3,000 employees. At the Jönköping site, 80 colleagues currently work. We operate in the energy recovery sector and manufacture rotary heat exchangers.

Your main responsibilities
· Production technical development and improvement of workshop layout, production processes, production machinery, and production equipment.
· Lead, coordinate, and implement production technical rationalization and productivity projects, Lean work, and investments in project form.
· Carry out production technical work in team and project form with other departments (Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, Order, PM), for example industrialization of new products, special orders, customer adaptations, and product improvements.
· Preventive safety work and measures for safety risks in production equipment and production machinery within the production area, as well as contribute to systematic safety and occupational health work.
· Development and management of risk analyses for machinery and workplaces.
Your main goal is to maintain correct production quality, improve the company's production economics through the choice of the most appropriate production tools, and continuously and methodically prevent occupational health risks.
You are part of the production technical team and report to the Production Manager.
Qualifications
· Several years of work experience from production technical work
· Post-secondary education with relevant technical focus
· Good understanding of production economics, productivity, and production quality
· Experience in LEAN, work measurement, time and method studies, and capacity calculation
· Good IT skills and language skills in Swedish and English
· Knowledge of PLC programming is advantageous
