Our production engineering team is seeking a professional who can support, improve, and develop our machinery. Machine Safety, Improvements, and Development As a Production Technician, you will join a team responsible for our modern machinery and work with four focus areas: HSE, operations, improvements, and development. You will be responsible for improving machinery and work methods with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high quality. We support production lines with tools, instructions, and preventive HSE work, where risk identification and safety improvements are central. Another important area is increasing productivity and availability in production. You will collaborate closely with other departments, participate in development projects, and be responsible for smaller investment projects. Your main responsibilities: Preventive HSE work and development of safe machinery solutions Development and quality improvements Operational preparations Machinery and work method optimization Investment projects Documentation, financial calculations, and quotation work Structured and Innovative Engineer This role is perfect for you if you thrive working methodically while finding creative solutions to technical challenges. You manage multiple tasks in parallel, maintain high quality, and deliver with precision. You collaborate easily with others and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
